I would say drink whenever Palin's answer makes no sense and/or doesn't answer the question asked, but everyone would die of alcoholic poisoning in the first 30 minutes...
Drink every time Joe Biden says something factually wrong, but there needs to be some fact-checkers nearby to be able to issue 'drink' commands.
